Floral Boquet Card from Hallmark
We will send this physical Hallmark card to your recipient for you. It delivers all the impact of traditional Hallmark cards and then adds to that experience by allowing you to personalize the greeting with your own photo with caption, video, text or audio message that the card recipient can hear/view on their phone or PC once it arrives.
The recipient can even send a free picture with caption, audio, text or video message back that we will forward to you. Your contact information will not be shared with your gift recipient. The messages can be created using your smartphone, tablet or PC and no app is required. You can immediately make your message after checkout or wait for the email we will send from firstname.lastname@example.org containing the link to make your message.

Our policy lasts 90 days from date of receipt. If 90 days have gone by since your purchase was delivered, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. We do not accept products that are intimate or Gift Cards.
To complete your return, we require a order number, a receipt, or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable).
- Any item not in its original condition that is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7-14 working days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable):
- If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
- Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

When will my order be shipped?
Standard shipping: delivered within 5-10 business days, except where the product description specifically indicates a longer delivery window. Free shipping!
Priority Shipping: delivered within 3-7 business days, except where the product description specifically indicates a longer delivery window. Customer is charged for shipping.
