Do you have a physical store location?
No, KJC Fashions is a completely online store.

What sizes do you carry?
Our sizes range from standard United States sizing of a Small to 7XL.
How do I stay updated on your current promotions and products?
You can register with us for a VIP account by clicking the Account Icon in the upper right-hand corner (looks like a person) or you can click the "Create Account" link at the bottom of the sidebar menu.
How is my information protected within the KJC Fashions website?

ORDERS & PAYMENT

Can I place an order via the phone?
Yes, if you are uncomfortable placing the order online, you may call our Customer Service Department at 1-800-646-9421 to place an order by phone and provide your payment method. Please make sure that you have your credit card information readily available.
What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, JCB, Paypal, and KJC Gift Cards for payment.
Will I be able to track the status of my orders?
Yes, all customers will receive tracking updates from our Customer Service department via text or email, depending on the contact method provided at checkout. You may also contact our Customer Service for an update by phone 1-800-646-9421 or by email sales@kjcfashions.com.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
All items are shipped immediately after processing of the order payment which can be 1 to 3 days. Delivery times vary based upon the warehouse location in comparison to the customer location. For all orders we offer two shipping options: Standard shipping: delivered within 5-10 business days, except where the product description specifically indicates a longer delivery window. Free shipping! Priority Shipping: delivered within 3-7 business days, except where the product description specifically indicates a longer delivery window. Customer is charged for shipping. Hawaii and Alaska orders will be shipped via USPS. Hawaii shipments may take extra delivery time. For more information please view our Shipping Policy.
Do you accept product returns?
Our return policy lasts 90 days from the date of delivery. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase was delivered, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. However, you may still return the product to us if that is your preference. Please view our Returns/Refunds Policy for more information.
What carriers do you use for shipping?
UPS and USPS are used whenever possible. However "Common Carriers" can be selected in special cases.For more information please view our Shipping Policy.
What if I need to receive an order by a specific date?
If you need your order by a specific date, please contact Customer Service by phone 1-800-646-9421 or email sales@kjcfashions.com to verify that your request can be accomodated. If you choose to continue with the order, we will then take the order manually so that it may be expedited.
